We offer rods and capillaries of a wide range of diameters - from 0.5 mm to 50 mm. We use silica glass for manufacturing. Depending on Customer's order, we offer various glass purity, including pure silica. We also have capabilities of glass doping with germanium and fluorine. 

The company has a long experience in glass surface chemical modification. We can achieve the desired type of frosting (satin, milky, crystal, smooth or grainy) by choosing adequate chemical composition and process. Glass frosting is done to increase surface roughness (better adhesion) or light scattering (haze). We can control the roughness and scattering (haze from 20 to 80; photos of example glass with different haze parameters can be seen below). We can perform frosting on rods and capillaries produced by Fibrain, delivered by the Customer, and also on almost any other glass components.
